Jelly Fruity: Match-3 may offer optional in-app purchases such as coins, boosters, or ad removal. These purchases are processed and billed entirely through Google Play, and payment information is handled by Google, not by us.

3. Requesting a Refund

Because all payments are processed by Google Play, refund requests must generally be submitted directly to Google:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a refund directly through Google Play using the "Request a refund" option
  • For purchases older than 48 hours, refunds are granted at Google's discretion through Google Play support
  • We are unable to process payments or issue refunds directly, as we do not have access to your payment details

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Purchases made in error due to player mistake after items have been consumed or used
  • Dissatisfaction with gameplay, difficulty, or in-game progression
  • Loss of progress due to uninstalling the game or switching devices
  • Violations of our Terms of Use resulting in account suspension or ban

5. Accidental Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made accidentally, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot issue the refund ourselves, we can help confirm purchase details to support your request with Google Play.

6. Technical Issues

If a purchase failed to deliver the intended in-game item due to a technical issue, please contact us with your order details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore the missing item or assist with a refund request.
